QUALITY
In the last years OMPG established its Quality field in an excellent way: a well formed and technically prepared staff able to satisfy any client’s need quickly and with ability.
Our quality system, thanks to our traditional manual tools (calibers) and a FARO measurement arm with optical recognition, periodically tested, grant a high control grade, confirmed in our dimensional evaluations.
Our machines are programmed with CAD CAM 3D Solidworks TOPSOLID softwares and each manufacturing phase is simulated before being transferred to the machine, to avoid any kind of error (Vericut software).
The most advanced programming technology and quality control are integrated to the managing system which allows to constantly check the progress of the production, to respect delivering time and ensure high quality products.
